About
My name is Danielle Boudreaux. I have been an educator for over 23 years. I have taught a variety of classrooms all with students with disabilities or at risk prek students. I am currently working as an early interventionist serving student birth to 6 in a variety of settings. After my oldest child left for college two years ago I decided now is the time to dive in and go to grad school. Well little did I know a few months later the pandemic would strike and the world would shut down for a while. But, here I am a few months later than I thought but with the same excitement. Who would have thought in my late 40's I would have the energy to take on this adventure. Thus the confused teacher is born. I always had an end goal for my career, a master's degree in special education. Low and behold grad school has lit a fire in me to pursue an additional certification in educational diagnostics as well. I have confused my husband and children with this revelation. Although surprised, they are supportive and excited for me.
